Morning inspiration!
Always prepping for the next day is rough, but it’s better than grabbing something quick & most likely terrible for my body. Telling yourself “I’m too busy to be healthy” is just an excuse! Today’s choices is tomorrow’s feelings!!! #eatclean
This can be applied to so many aspects of life. Becoming healthier is tough when it takes so much work to see tiny results. Since I started to #eatclean I’ve felt better in general. I have only had one minor skin irritation (reaction to flaxseed), I no longer have headaches, I don’t need to mask my exhaustion with copious amounts of caffeine. It’s hard work, and I’ve only tackled minor goals. Small victories are better than no victories. As I have heard so many times, if it doesn’t challenge you…it doesn’t change you!
Deviled eggs. The clean way. Avocado instead of mayonnaise & spices instead of mustard.
Tried something new tonight. A green smoothie! Avocado, celery, spinach & oatmeal I made into a powder using my food processor.
